Our Spring 2026 Intro Finance program runs across 8 weeks with a full project arc. Here is the week-by-week plan, what students actually produce, and who the program is best for.
Intro Finance is Fintellect’s live 8-week program for students who want a real start in finance, economics, and business. It is not an abstract lecture series. Every week builds toward a final project — a full company profile a student researches, writes, and defends — and the skills needed to actually produce that.
Week-by-week plan
- Week 1 — Markets, incentives, stocks, careers in finance, project launch
- Week 2 — Business models and how to pick a company worth researching
- Week 3 — Reading financial statements without panicking
- Week 4 — Valuation using multiples (P/E, EV/EBITDA, P/S)
- Week 5 — Competitive advantage and AI-driven research
- Week 6 — Scenario analysis (what if the thesis is wrong?)
- Week 7 — Behavioral finance and common student mistakes
- Week 8 — Final Company Profile Evaluation
Each week combines a live session, a short assigned reading, and a homework piece tied to the final project. By week 4, every student has picked a real company, pulled its statements, and started a valuation. By week 8, they present and defend a profile they wrote themselves.
