Scope of Services

Fintellect provides educational technology tools and prep services, including public webpages, blog content, signup previews, Fintellect AI study accounts, adaptive lessons, practice, mock exams, writing support, analytics, live sessions, and related student services.

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform, any course or prep track, any payment flow, or any public offering at our discretion.

Eligibility and Parent Responsibility

Our programs are intended primarily for middle and high school students and their families. If a student is below the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms on the student's behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep account credentials secure, and not to create accounts, start signup flows, or submit payments on behalf of another person without authority.

Educational Purposes Only

Fintellect provides unofficial educational support only. Nothing on the site or in any lesson, practice set, AI response, mock exam, article, webinar, or discussion constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee any score, placement, admission, award, competition result, exam outcome, or academic result. AI-generated or adaptive outputs may still contain mistakes and should be used as learning support rather than as authoritative official guidance.

Accounts, Access, and Billing

Some offerings may be demo-only, signup-preview only, or temporarily unavailable for purchase. If subscription billing is enabled for a Fintellect AI offering, you authorize the recurring charges associated with the plan you select until you cancel through the available billing tools or otherwise terminate access with us.

Access is not guaranteed merely because a signup flow is started, a checkout is opened, or an account exists. We may change pricing, course availability, subscription terms, billing timing, or access rules at any time unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, security-threatening, or misleading purposes, including account sharing, automated abuse, scraping, answer harvesting, prompt extraction, impersonation, or attempts to interfere with our systems or other users.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, republish, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our lessons, questions, mock exams, AI responses, analytics, course structures, or other materials without permission.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all site content, curriculum structures, written materials, branding, graphics, recordings, and other materials are owned by Fintellect or its licensors.

Subject to these terms, we grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Third-Party Services and Payments

We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, communications, analytics, AI infrastructure, storage, video, and related functions. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and policies.

Where payment processing is offered, charges may be handled through providers such as Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, delays, or independent actions of those third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintellect and its founders, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

For any claim arising out of or relating to the website, Fintellect AI, any prep offering, any subscription payment, or related services, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or participation in a program if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for other participants, interfered with operations, or otherwise created legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Changes and General Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
