Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Fintellect Learning LLC offerings, including Fintellect AI subscriptions when enabled, live programs, prep services, and related paid access. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
General Rule
All payments are generally final. Except where Fintellect expressly agrees otherwise in writing, we do not offer routine refunds, charge reversals, or partial refunds after payment is submitted.
This no-refund rule applies to one-time payments, recurring subscription charges, partial billing periods, renewals, live-session seats, and other paid access unless we expressly decide otherwise in a truly exceptional case.
Extraordinary Circumstances
Although our default policy is no refunds, we may review requests in rare and genuinely extraordinary circumstances. In those situations, we may consider a refund, partial refund, future credit, transfer, or another accommodation entirely at our sole discretion.
Any review is discretionary and case-specific. Submitting a request does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other compensation.
Examples We May Consider
We may, at our discretion, consider significant unexpected circumstances such as serious medical emergencies, severe family emergencies, duplicate charges caused by our error, or situations where Fintellect is unable to provide the core paid service in a reasonable manner.
No specific scenario is guaranteed to qualify, and we are not required to apply the same outcome across different cases.
Examples We Usually Will Not Honor
A change of mind, scheduling conflicts, forgetting to cancel a renewal, not using the platform enough, dissatisfaction with pace or style, missed sessions, failure to log in, insufficient technical setup, or a mismatch between expectations and preferences will generally not qualify for a refund.
How to Request Review
If you believe an extraordinary circumstance applies, contact us promptly using our official contact channel and include the student name, payment details, and the relevant background information reasonably needed for review.
We may ask for additional supporting information before making a decision.
Processing and Fees
If we approve a refund on an exceptional basis, any return of funds may be sent back through the original payment method, subject to the timing and constraints of Stripe, card networks, banks, or other payment providers.
Any processing fees, currency conversion effects, bank charges, taxes, or third-party payment costs may be deducted, retained, or treated differently where permitted.

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted on this page and will apply to future transactions unless we state otherwise.
