Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how A14 Labs LLC (operator of Fintellect Learning) may collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website, submit forms, create a Fynl AI account, preview signup, use our prep tools, or otherwise interact with our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you submit directly, including student and parent names, email addresses, ages, contact details, form responses, signup-preview submissions, account credentials, course selections, payment-related metadata, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as device and browser information, pages visited, course activity, question attempts, written submissions, mock-exam activity, support-chat usage, approximate location, IP-derived signals, and analytics or security data through our infrastructure tools.
How We Use Information
We may use information to operate accounts, personalize learning flows, adapt lessons and practice, process signup and payment workflows, communicate with students and families, provide support, improve the platform, detect abuse or fraud, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We may also use contact information to send account notices, course updates, billing notices, operational messages, and mailing-list or product communications where permitted, requested, or reasonably related to your interaction with our services.
How We May Share Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and services, including payment processors, hosting providers, email tools, analytics providers, authentication tools, AI infrastructure providers, storage platforms, and communications services.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, enforce our policies, or support a business transfer, restructuring, or similar operational event.
Information from Children Under 13 (COPPA)
Some of our programs serve students under 13. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (16 CFR § 312) governs how we may collect, use, and share personal information from those children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent (or, where permitted, school authorization for educational use). Categories of information we may collect from a child after consent: name, email, age, course or institution affiliation, learning activity (assignment submissions, quiz answers, mock results, mastery state), tutoring conversations, and limited technical info needed to operate the service. Parents may at any time review the personal information we have stored about their child, request an export, request permanent deletion, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. A dedicated COPPA Compliance page at /coppa-compliance describes our practices in detail, including the third-party processors that touch child data and our data-retention windows.
Parents and guardians should provide only information they are comfortable sharing. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without proper consent, contact [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.
Payments and Third-Party Platforms
When payments are enabled, payment information may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not necessarily store full payment card details on our own systems, though we may store limited payment metadata such as customer IDs, subscription status, billing history, or transaction references.
We currently do not operate third-party advertising networks or sell personal information in the ordinary course of running the platform. Third-party infrastructure providers may still process limited information needed to operate hosting, analytics, support, or payment workflows under their own policies.
Data Retention and Security
We may retain information for as long as reasonably useful for educational, operational, compliance, dispute-resolution, and business purposes, subject to applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
International Use and Your Choices
Our services may be operated in or supported from multiple jurisdictions, and information may be processed or stored outside your local jurisdiction. Depending on your region, you may see different consent or privacy-choice flows before optional analytics starts.
You may contact us to request updates to inaccurate information, ask questions about our handling of your data, or use any available privacy-choice controls on the site, subject to legal, technical, and operational limitations.
Updates and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and will become effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
If you have privacy-related questions or requests, contact Fintellect through our official website contact channels.
