Why schools move to Fintellect
The problems we actually solve.
We talk to dozens of teachers and program leads every term. The same frustrations keep coming up — and they're the things Fynl Classroom was designed around.
Teachers spend weekends grading and still can't give every student personalized feedback.
AI drafts scores + rationale against your rubric. Teachers approve or adjust in one screen — a grading pass most finish in a third the time.
LMS tools feel like they were built in 2008. Teachers hate them, students ignore them.
A modern, teacher-first UI: rubric builder, class stream, annotations, parent visibility, flashcards and study tools in the same app students already open.
No one knows which concepts the class is actually stuck on until the next test.
Class-level insights cluster student misconceptions after each assignment and generate a concrete next-session plan.
Generic classroom shells can't match how your program runs — so you end up working around the tool.
Custom portals, admin dashboards, and workflows built around your program, integrated with the tools your team already uses (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Drive, Outlook, SSO, calendaring).
What you can deploy
Three offerings, designed to fit how your program already runs.
Pick the layer that matches your need — a student-facing adaptive platform, a teacher-and-student classroom, or a fully custom build. Many schools stack all three.
An AI-native LMS your teachers actually want.
A full teacher + student + admin classroom, purpose-built for how modern teaching runs. Assignments, grading, rubrics, class streams, parent visibility — with an AI grading pass and class-level insights baked in.
- AI grading pass teachers approve or override
- Rubric builder + annotation tools
- Class-level insight dashboards
- Flashcards, quizzes, and study tools for students
Bespoke portals and web services for programs.
When your team, olympiad squad, or enrichment program needs more than a generic classroom shell, we design and build it — portals, scheduling, submission flows, internal dashboards, and everything in between.
- Custom student and program portals
- Admin dashboards for program leads
- Branded registration + intake flows
- Integrations with your existing systems
Adaptive study platform, bundled in.
Our student-facing adaptive platform for APs, olympiads, and test prep — diagnostics, guided lessons, targeted practice, and full mocks. A great add-on when a deployment needs standardized test or competition support alongside the LMS.
- Diagnostic + per-student mastery map
- Live course catalog across APs, NEC, olympiads
- Teacher visibility into progress and gaps
- Works on any device, any browser

The AI-native LMS. Flagship.
AI grading pass
Fynl AI drafts scores + rationale against your rubric. Teacher approves or overrides in one screen.
Strong claim, but assumptions about elasticity aren't justified. Tighten in paragraph 3.
Rubric builder + feedback
Build a rubric once, reuse everywhere. Annotate spans of student work, leave structured feedback.
Class insights
AI clusters misunderstandings across the class and tells you what to do next session.
Elasticity
% change in Q / % change in P
Flashcards + study buddy
Spaced-rep flashcards and a subject-matter tutor that won't give away graded answers.
AI compose
Generate assignments, quizzes, rubrics, flashcards, and announcements. All drafts, never auto-published.
Roster + stream
Per-student submission and grade stats. Announcement stream the whole class sees.
Pilots and group deals
Most partnerships start as a pilot for a single teacher, classroom, or team. You get the full deployment, your students get access for a defined period, and we review what to keep or expand together.
First call to live
- Week 1
Scoping call
We understand your students, your teachers, and the real constraints of your program. You leave with a concrete proposal.
- Weeks 2–3
Tailoring + onboarding
We brand the portal, set up your courses and rosters, train teachers, and mirror the way your program already runs.
- Week 4
Soft launch
Students and teachers sign in, we watch the first week of usage closely, and iterate on anything the team flags.
- Ongoing
Partner support
Shared channel with our team, regular check-ins, feature requests queued against your deployment, and proactive help during grading crunches and exam seasons.
- Teacher pilots: one classroom, one semester, full feature access
- Program pilots: a team or cohort gets seats plus coaching on rollout
- Whole-school deals: multi-year pricing, co-branded portal, dedicated onboarding
- Nonprofits and Title-I-style schools: tell us about your constraints — we work with budgets case by case
Questions we hear most
Straight answers from institutional partners.
How fast can a deployment go live?
For a teacher pilot with one classroom, usually within two weeks. For a whole-school deployment with branding and custom flows, usually four to six weeks.
Who owns the student data?
The institution owns it. We operate as a processor. You can export, archive, or delete data at any time, and we put that in writing.
Can the platform run in Mandarin?
Yes. All student and teacher surfaces are bilingual (English + Chinese) out of the box, and we localize additional text per deployment as needed.
Do teachers need to learn a new gradebook?
No. Grading starts from an AI pass on a rubric your teacher defines. They approve, adjust, or override in one pass, and it goes straight to the student with feedback.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on scale, scope, and support. Teacher pilots can be very low cost. Whole-school deployments are quoted per seat per year with multi-year discounts.
